There are some that I probably wouldn't make like the Rosemary Honey and Yogurt Load but that's only because I don't care for those flavors. Gemma is such a refreshing baker - I love all her videos on YouTube. The result is guaranted, the taste amazing. The recipes can easily be halved as its all in metric, but I wouldn't recommend this to the cakes, because they are glorious in their full sizes.

Yesterday I made her Toffee Apple Cupcakes and they have been deemed the best cupcakes ever!! One thing I wish though is that the book was spiral bound as it is difficult to keep open without propping it up. They always have a lovely texture. Otherwise, the book would be a great addition to your recipe collection! I've even adapted the cupcake recipes to make cakes, which has been successful.
I can vouch 100% that the recipes work and that they are foolproof. If you are a fan of Jemma, I would recommend this book! Because when it comes to cupcakes, no one does it better. Featuring four chapters of beautiful seasonal recipes, plus the need-to-know basics, this book has all the essentials for amazing baking all year round. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't what I had gotten used to by using Jemma's technique and recipe. Even though I have many books with cake and cupcake recipes and I bake since I don't know when, this little book was a treat. I'm very happy having this book in my collection. Die beste Basis dafür sind körperliches Wohlbefinden, ein befriedigender Job, lebendige Beziehungen und stabile Lebenswerte. Job, Familie, Freunde, Freizeit, Sport - es gehört schon etwas dazu, allem gerecht zu werden. But not half as excited as Jemma. I have made several different cakes from this book and must say, they have all been superb. Now, I think it was the recipes rather than me, but most of it was inedible.
Things to know: measurements are metric. I kind of wanted that feeling all the time. So far I have made her chocolate cupcakes and her vanilla buttercream. I find the recipes accurate - in fact, when I thought I knew better yesterday and made less buttercream than she recommended, I was a little short to finish the batch. I lived in Australia for three months and when I left I thought it would be nice to have a tea party, something really naff and English.
